Saigon Outcast organised the first farmer market in district 2 of HCMC on Sunday the 10th of May.
About 900 consumers came to the event, to taste a wide range of food products ranging from honey, beer, smoked fish, to fresh fruit and vegetables. The Fruit Republic supported the event and had a booth with its local brand, Mekostar. It was fantastic to meet all these health conscious consumers and explain to them how our fruit and vegetables are produced and prepared for distribution to the end consumer in HCMC. It was clear that the consumers loved the Mekostar fresh produce range, as at the end of the day all products were sold out, and the hard working sales team could enjoy a well-earned cold beer.
