Since 2009, we have worked passionately to achieve this mission and have developed TFR into the largest and most professional fresh produce company of Vietnam. The Fruit Republic is the only fresh produce company in Vietnam which is certified according to the following standards: GlobalGAP, GRASP, EU-Organic, ETI and BRC grade 1.  


Every day our team of agronomists and quality controllers are working with farmers in the Mekong Delta and the Central Highlands, to help them to comply with the highest international food safety standards, as well helping them to improve their overall farm performance. In total we have 350 dedicated staff, who are working very hard to let consumers all over the world enjoy our fantastic tasting fruit and vegetables.


The Fruit Republic has state-of-the-art pack houses in Can Tho and Dalat, and distribution centres in HCMC, Hanoi and the Netherlands. To facilitate the growth of our company we are looking for an experienced and professional Senior Sales Representatives of fresh produce based in Ho Chi Minh City.

As senior sales representative of The Fruit Republic, you will work in a fast growing and dynamic company, where professionals with diverse expertise, work closely together to ensure that we daily deliver the best quality fresh produce to our domestic and international clients. This requires a professional and driven senior sales staff, who has a passion for fresh produce. You love the foodservice channel, because you can deal with professionals who what they want. Working for The Fruit Republic, you have the unique chance to offer a complete professional range of fruit and vegetables, sourced from our own contract farmers and own corporate farms. Through our strong temperature-controlled distribution system, you will be able to supply customers with good quality fresh produce.


Main responsibilities

The senior sales representative is responsible for:

  • Expand and develop sales in the Hotel, Restaurant and Canteen channel
  • Make sales forecast, sales plan and implement it to reach the target
  • Take care of customers and provide them with excellence services 
  • Report sales, market developments and performance of competitors

Desired qualifications and skills: our dream candidate

You combine a good education, such as a college degree in trade or commerce, with extensive work experience in a sales position in the food industry. You have a large network among HORECA clients in HCMC and can sell very well. Not because you sell the cheapest products, but because clients like you: the service which you give them and the good and constant quality products which you offer them. You are someone who will want to understand everything about the products which you sell, you will want to understand every step from farm till fork. You want this, because in the foodservice channel, you deal with professionals who will know everything about fresh produce. 



  • A college or university degree in trade or commerce
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a sales position targeting the HORECA channel
  • Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Active and flexible
  • Sincere and hardworking
  • Can communicate in English
