The Fruit Republic has state-of-the-art pack houses in Can Tho, and distribution centers in HCMC, Hanoi, and the Netherlands. To facilitate the growth of our company we are looking for a Field Quality Assurance Assistant and Trainer.
Location: Based in Long An – Ben Luc but frequently travels to other provinces of the Mekong Delta
Working time: Monday to Friday regularly.

Principal functions and responsibilities
· Be the Training leader and conduct “Train the Trainers” (TFR Agronomists / Quality controllers) on Quality Standards and sustainable Citrus production, with support of the Quality Assurance and Citrus production teams. Trainings are both theoretical and field practical trainings.
· Support the upscaling and training of farmers contributing to the certification of over 500 farmers for GlobalGAP, LEAF, GRASP,…. and others clients standards as required.
· Support Quality Assurance in the field related to the implementation of the various standards,
· Conduct field assessments and audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
· Support the development and updates of the training materials.
· Maintain accurate records of training activities and certification progress.
· Support production forecast control and quality selection workers supervision.
Desired qualifications:
- Knowledge - Experience:
· Graduated with a major in Agriculture, related to crop science, Soil science or Crop protection.
· At least 03 years of experience in the agriculture sector. Knowledge of citrus production is an advantage.
· Being trained/experienced for GlobalGAP as “Train The trainers” or “Train the trainees” on crops is a strong advantage
- Skills and Others requirements:
· Proficiency in IT, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Fluent in English.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Detail-oriented and organized.
· Ability and willingness to work in the field within the Mekong Delta region
