In Vietnam, coconut is grown mainly in Ben Tre province, often called the "land of the coconut". It is used to make coconut candy, caramel, and jelly. Coconut juice and coconut milk are used, especially in Vietnam's southern style of cooking, including kho and chè. Our coconuts are grown and processed under modern agricultural pre-harvest and post-harvest circumstances in accordance with food safety regulations applied by the European Union.
The mature or dry coconuts are grown for their coconut flesh is called copra. The oil and milk derived from it are commonly used in cooking and frying; coconut oil is also widely used in soaps and cosmetics. We supply our coconuts loose in bags or bins to domestic and international customers.
