GRASP stands for GLOBALG.A.P. Risk Assessment on Social Practice, and is developed to ensure that social practices on the farm, addressing specific aspects of workers’ health, safety and welfare, are well met. With GRASP producers establish a good social management system on their farms. It helps protect one of the farm’s most important resources: its people. This offers buyers added assurance, that the fresh produce they buy from The Fruit Republic are produced by happy farmers and happy staff.
