The Fruit Republic sold pomelo fruits and fresh cut pomelo during a charity event which aimed to collect money for the charity organization “Poussieres de Vie” (PdV).
Poussieres de Vie helps street children in HCMC, to go back to school and learn a trade. So to provide an alternative to begging in the streets. The event was a big success and more then 15,000 people visited the “Kermesse at the Zoo”, of which a large majority of the visitors bought The Fruit Republic’s top quality pomelo and fresh cut pomelo. The whole stock was sold out and a large sum was collected for the PdV organization. We will be back next year at this wonderful event.
