Sweet peppers are a relative new product in Vietnam. In 2005 only a few hectares of sweet bell peppers were grown in Dalat. But after the Vietnamese consumers discovered this vegetable, the bell pepper cultivation area quickly increased in Dalat. One of the key factors in the successful rise of sweet bell pepper in Vietnam, was all the work we did on our own R&D farm, by testing and introducing better and stronger new sweet pepper varieties. All our sweet peppers are grown inside greenhouses and on substrate made from rice husk making them available year-round.
Our team of agronomists introduced these new growing techniques to our contract farmers, allowing us to upscale production volumes. We supply our sweet peppers loose and on mixed trays (traffic light) to domestic and international customers.
